Do your shots hurt?
Usually not! At Pure Vitality Rejuvenation Center in Los Angeles, we are very gentle and use both tiny needles and a tried and true distraction technique to minimize any discomfort. Most often patients are shocked at how easy the shot was and many never even feel a thing!
How long do the IVs take?
It depends on the volume requested, but most IVs run through in about 25-30 minutes. NAD IVs usually take longer, 1-2 hours minimum. We invite you to sit back and relax in our spa-like office located inside Earthbar in Brentwood and take the opportunity to breathe deeply and clear your thoughts. You may also wish to bring reading materials or relaxing music to listen to.
Will a B12 shot keep me up at night?
B12 is not stimulating like caffeine. It just provides steady energy throughout the day and usually does not interfere with sleep.
How long will it take for me to notice a difference from a vitamin shot or nutrient IV?
Once the shot or IV is administered, it’s already bathing your cells in nutrients. Most patients notice positive effects anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours after receiving the treatment. The effects can last anywhere from a few hours to several days depending on the specific treatment received.
